Short cord - Medium distance beam. Close but not far
Close but not far; that applies to the firm coil cable and to the beam of light.The cord needs someone holding it plugged in and someone trying to shine it at the tires, the engine compartment or anything beyond the inside of the smaller Toyota cab. I opened the door to shine it under the pickup and it unplugged. FrustratingThe beam of light is good for about 50-yards. Beyond that it is too dim to see if that is a dog in the back yard/field or a racoon.If you are looking for a short-range spotlight, it is good and of good construction. It was not what I wanted.
