Have used this great system for 16 years
Have used this great system for 16 years. An ingenious design. No touching dirty mop with hands. Store in upright position and dries out beautifully. Personally, refill hasn't been hard to change. It takes years to need a new refill. Sadly, I can't locate the handle, only the refill. HSN (ingeniousdesigns.com just told me10-21-2014) it has been discontinued. If enough requests come through, the inventor might be bring it back. Pray.

Don’t waste your money
This is a knock off of the Joy Mangano Miracle mop refill. It was stiff didn’t absorb water and looked stained immediately. I would not recommend it.

Would never recommend this mop
Would never recommend this mop. The second time I washed the head it was all tangled up and could not get it back to even fibers on each side. was not at all impressed with the mop.
