Works well
Prompt shipment. I selected a similar product that had a rubber strip on the opposite side to the steel jaws but it was out of stock when I confirmed my order so I ordered this one instead. It doesn't have the rubber strip but has worked well on 3 tricky lids so far. I will try to find some rubber to stick on to the plain side of the jaws. I would not recommend relying on the supplied adhesive tape to hold in place; I fixed with screws straight away.

I didn’t find it easy at all.
I couldn’t open the jars Had to use both hands. Press and twist very hard. My husband could do it but it was bought for a female with problems opening jars

The best opener I have ever had puts others to shame and it's handy under the cupboard, the most used item in the kitchen.

Total waste. Does not work
It doesn’t even warrant a one star award. It is totally useless. Only having use of one hand I really needed this to work, failing I asked another family member to try and they failed with two hands! Save your money and avoid.
