I like the colour and shape of the phone and easy to hold in the hand. The Sim card was a challenge to work out how to slot in. (instructions minimal) and the extra memory card too. On the whole I am pleased with the phone . However the battery life (so far) I discovered after a full charge up (which takes about 3 - 4 hours) from 0% lasts about 40 hours (I did do some App downloading TBF) I like the plastic cradle (nice touch) however some keys become non-responsive on screen keypad ; this may have something to do with Face detection facility ? However for the price I am overall satisfied with the phone. I just hope the battery lasts (fingers crossed !)

Bought for my 'not very tech savvy' wife. She doesn't do face recognition so I've not scored it. Good, simple phone. Small and easy to pop into a pocket or bag. Battery life nothing to shout about but as it's only used for texting and phoning it's fine. Good range of apps, WhatsApp etc.Ideal for a simple phone and loads cheaper than alternatives that are out there.

I don't like to spend a fortune on phones, I cannot understand how or why someone would spend hundreds on what is a tool. This does everything I need and more, text, call, photo and a couple of games, also has Bluetooth and lets me check emails. Its also sturdy, should withstand a few knocks, with free silicone cover and screen protector (although I purchased another as I didn't realize this). Am totally satisfied and would advise anyone who wants a decent phone, without taking out a 2nd mortgage to buy this

The camera feature is NOT good, the zoom feature, it does NOT take focused photos, neither close or far. Photo app will only swipe one way the other way it takes you back to the collection. Tedious.Google Assistant automatically downloaded. The GA can affect other features, and yes it does across the board! Phone wouldn't swipe tedious to get the main screen back. The TTY from Google was difficult to locate and uninstall. Phone is being returned because of the bad zoom camera feature.

I appreacitate that this is a relatively cheap phone, but it does some issues minor issues:-Music volume quiet-Cannot connect to PC (despite drivers)-Sim card gets stuck (slot 1)-Android Go: Can't install all the apps I'd like to as some don't support the 'Go' edition of Android.However, there's a couple of issues that have made it almost unusable:-The typing is appalling! It reguarly picks up the character above the one I press, or sometimes to the left or right. This means I'm constantly having to correct words when texting - making typing a message 2-3 times as long as normal.-Can't get the phone to ring audibly! Been through every option, all it does is vibrate. Now missed a bunch of calls.

The phone was delivered very fast , cosmetically a lovely phone and felt a good weight and quality, after this it goes downhill, unfortunately unfortunately the front facing camera never worked,only selfie mode and this was a very bad quality, I looked up the problem and done the suggested steps to update and fix and it never fixed, the phone is quite slow also, but I will say that the service from Amazon after I got in touch was absolutely great , they dealt with this In an exceptional way and couldn't of done more to help,for the price of the phone , without the camera issues,it would be a good value for money phone ,as far as the way the after sales support with this was dealt with I would say I would recommend the phone , on the basis that if you have any problems with it,it will be rectified fast

Although this is one of the cheapest on the market I have found this phone almost useless after 2months due to charging point wearing down to such an extent that all charge plugs are loose into the connection port and am having a nightmare charging my phone although it only gets moderate use. The phone can be quite slow at times but that reflects the price. All in all, only purchase if you need a quick emergency phone until you can get a better one.
