Cheap
Not what I expected. Poor quality. Works but cheaply made and took forever to be delivered.

The worst item I have ever ordered. Suction… What suction .
Handle/wand did not fit. Brush was flat. I have never ordered anything with such bad quality! I have ceramic floors and thought this would help. I threw it out. Very disappointed!

Unglued
When I first used mop, I was satisfied but weeks later mop came unglued and I was unable to wreng mop in dry wringer. So at this point I had mop a few weeks to long to return so, I feel I have wasted $25.00.

Takes a long time to arrive
It works pretty well on hard floors for pet hair.But it took well over a month to arrive.

Not happy
I never received my sweeper and it says that it was delivered 6 days ago. I was really looking forward to receiving this too. Thank goodness it was cheap! Maybe that should have been my hint not to purchase.

Easy!
I didn’t realized I had to assemble this sweeper, but it was so super easy and I’m happy with this purchase to help with the upkeep of my home.
