Very disappointed that it was so complicated I couldn’t make it work with Alexa which was the only reason I bought it. It wasn’t until I decided to return it that I realised a remote control unit hadn’t been delivered. I could control from my iPad but not vocally which was the whole point. Don’t have many smart devices in the house but if they are all like this I shan’t bother anymore.

I must have about 20 smart bulbs and most were setup and installed in a few minutes, a few took a bit longer. These would connect to the dedicated app and my wifi but I could not get them onto Alex - which is an automated search from the alexa app (once the bulb is on your network) and takes less than a minute. However alexa could not find the bulb.It worked ok from the dedicated app but that exposed two other issues - they are not that bright for a 12w bulb, and the only white colour via the app is very yellow (on the right in the photo).The instructions state that you need to go into "third party" apps to connect to Alexa, but that option does not exist on the latest app (as download from the link on the bulb box). It's on some other Magic Home apps (possibly older versions), but they would not even recognise the bulbs.All in all, they are useable from the app, but not from alexa (in my experience). They are not very bright and the 'white''' has just one option which is very warm.Even if Alexa is not something you need, there are better bulbs out there. I returned them.

First time I tried it, it would not connect to my network but now it has. So it’s ok, update bit annoying having to reconnect once you move home.. no longer have instructions but I am trying to locate them online so I can reconnect to my new WiFi.

Will not connect to the hub -Edit:-Eventually got it connected and it now works great!

Love it it set for a morning wake up call comes on in warm yellow like the sun so doesn't blear in your eyes 1st thing and just ask Alexa to switch it off or on or sun or bright or colour without moving brilliant

Have had this for around 6 months now. Easy to install and no issues whatsoever. Love all the various colours

Amazing well worth the price but I haven't tried it with Alexa or with google but I bet it would work. A bit hard to set up though
