Q: What would cause all the channels to come on without using the remote. It does this randomly in my van and i know i have it wired correctly.

Q: Why is there a different wiring diagram for lites and motors?

lights only need on and off, while motors need forward and reverse, so you need two relays to control one motor.

Q: How to connect this to a dust connector? Do I have to splice the wire and connect it to the device?

Yes! Mine turns on by itself a lot. I'm very disappointed. Imagine if I had it connected to a detonator in an explosive vest. 😪 I'm going to try a different one, I do not recommend this one.
