Q: Does a seat or bench come with the piano?

No seat or bench, frankly it is so small, and made for babies, it is safer without seat. My babies crawl to it and pull them self up lean on it and play. I imaging you can always put a big sitting pillow there when baby get a little older.

It sounds very good for a toy piano, but it definitely sounds like a toy piano. If you want the sound of a real one, you will have to pay for it. My daughter enjoys her piano though. I would recommend it as a great toy.

Q: Can you play chords on it (multiple keys sound when struck simultaneously), or does it just allow one key at a time?

It will play more than one; the keys seem to strike something metallic in the piano (no strings or chords). So, it's hard to distinguish if you hit too many keys at the same time.
