I love these little packets! True Lime is super convenient—I keep some in my purse, at work, and in the kitchen. It tastes just like real lime juice and is perfect for water, cooking, or even cocktails. No mess, no cutting, and no waste. Great value for 100 packets. A must-have if you love citrus flavor on the go!

I saw a review that said they could be added to tacos and I had to try them. I haven't added them to water yet, but I'm very satisfied with adding them to food. They made seltzer foam over when I tried adding them - will not work for that. I'm loving adding a packet to Spanish rice when cooking, or sprinkling ~1/3 a packet on my food. Also excellent in pico de gallo and mango salsa. Not 100% the same as fresh lime but I'm fairly sensitive to artificial flavoring and these don't bother me at all. I have eczema on my fingers and only use limes when it's been long enough since the last time that I forget how bad they'll burn my fingers when I squeeze them. For the price, convenience, and comparable taste, I'm overjoyed with these. Also I've had a couple lime flavored products that were untenable so I know you can really mess up lime, and these guys got it so right. Value for money:Much cheaper than equivalent limes

These lime packs taste delicious and the packets are small and easy to keep in your purse or pocket to add to your water or beverage anywhere you go. A little goes a long way, so the 100 pack last a long time. Perfect for mixed adult beverages when you forgot to grab limes at the grocery store.

Tastes exactly like like with a hint of the skin essence in there. Zero sweetness but it is naturally sweet like a lime. One packet it not very potent but you will notice two packets. No sugar, so you can add your favorite sweet stuff.

I seasoned my tilapia and my slaw with this stuff, and it worked great! (4 stars only because I believe there is always room for improvement. Would be 5 if I didn't think this way about everything.)

I also buy the True Lemon, Lime, Orange and Grapefruit. They're great for enhancing just plain old water, when you're trying to stay away from sodas. I use it in regular bottled water, and it's also tasty mixed into carbonated water. I mix the flavors too. Like lemon/lime, grapefruit/orange and once in a while, I'll mix all four in my carbonated water, for a tasty treat. I also use the packets for mixing into my herbal teas, seasoning foods like chicken, fish, and veggies. I experiment with these, and my herbs and seasonings. Even in making pasta salads and rice. I buy the 100 count packages, on subscribe and save. I get a shipment every two or three months depending on the flavor, as I use more lemon and lime than the orange and grapefruit. They're a great value, with no added ingredients, and they help with breaking the boredom of just plain water.

I hate drinking plain water, so I add one packet of True Lime, one packet of True Lemon, and one packet of True Grapefruit to my 32oz water bottle. I love the sour flavor. It helps me drink more water each day.
