My bachan always added this to her rice before making rice balls or footballs (aka elbow). It adds a sweet vinegar flavor to your rice. Absolutely necessary

This is a must have to make sushi rice since I was a child.

I liked the package size. This seasoning isperfect for mixing into white rice to make sushi.

I purchased this for my camper because it was a powder and not a liquid and therefore doesn't spill. Unfortunately, it has very little flavor. It smells like sushi vinegar, but the flavor is very weak. I am disappointed in this product and will not purchase it again. I will just go back to liquid.
