Will this window winder work on a 1970 c10 or c20?

Maybe...... Some of the handles use a clip.... and there is a special tool to remove the clip. Some handles use an "oval head" screw in the middle of the base of the handle. You simply drill and counter sink a small hole in the middle of the base of the handle and after determining the screw thread size in the window mechaniziam(?) you install a stainless steel screw to attach the handle. It looks great when you are done. You can do it......
