Great buy for inventory management and pricing.
This is my 6th scanner i bought i think. Because all my friends who see me using this device wants me to order one for them. And i never got any complaints from none of them. Durable
Very satisfied with our product and the level of customer support. Very durable especially since it is used in a warehouse environment. Accurate scans. Good battery life. Customer support was very helpful when reached out for troubleshooting such as broken screens or purchasing accessories. Highly recommend buying.

Great units, but would like a cradle to charge
These scanners work great for the SMD inventory software we designed. We purchased 3 of these. I can’t find anywhere that they have a cradle to put the device with pistol grip into to charge. We would like to purchase 3 cradle chargers if they had them, because they keep getting left unplugged and die.

No Product Support
Product doesn't come with any QR or Scanner App. So out of the box this will not function as a scanner.You need to find a compatible scanner app that works with Andriod. I use "Sortly" and it downloaded to the device but wouldn't work. I called Munbyn Support but that number is not listed so no answer. I sent an email but I got a canned response. Device should be taken off of Amazon store front. Even Amazon support couldn't reach Munbyn support.

Really well made hand terminal.
A great device with even better support! If you are wondering what to do with the included lanyard when the phone is in the pistol base, MUNBYN support suggests looping it through one of the lock tracks! This works really well and makes using them much safer.

Happy now
After purchasing this it worked for 2 months but munbyn worked with me to send it back for a new one. The new one arrived much quicker than I expected and I am very happy now. Thank You!
