What I'm about to say is a bit counter intuitive but this wobble board is very sturdy! I was surprised by it's weight. I was also surprised by how my legs felt after my first day of using it at my desk. You are working your muscles without even realizing it! I love the sphere bottom design because you can switch the muscle groups being targeted without having to turn the board.

No worries standing on this piece of exercise equipment. IT IS SOLID. There is ample room for my husband’s size 12 feet to use it. We use it in a doorway for safety. You can use it during your favorite TV show and get a good workout to improve your balance. We are both in our 80’s and have worked our way up to 15 minutes aiming for 1/2 hour. It is a significant help for balance and according to our physical therapist, strengthening our ankles, knees and hips.

It's nice and big and bright color. It hurts your feet when you get on it with bearfoot.

Using this everyday has really helped in my balance and worked my core.

I purchased this for my more active house guests, active meaning hyperactive kids or fidgeters. I wound up needing it after surgery to help recover core strength. It's compact and easy to clean and idle fun for all ages.

I was skeptical about purchasing this, but I needed something to help with plantar fasciitis. Well constructed, small enough to put under bed.

Overall I enjoy the product. This is the second one that I have ordered as I gave my first one as a gift. No complaints regarding the technical use or functionality. Feels sturdy for those who are pushing the 300 lb limit also. Only issue I have is the color, as the teal board in the promotional photos showed black accents instead of the grey accents on the board I received. I would recommend to everyone I know to buy one, but be aware it may not come the color as advertised.

It works very well, sturdy and not so unbalanced

I was looking for a wobble board with round base to strengthen my weak fasciitis in all different angles. This anti-slip board has started to show treatment progress after week 1.

We both love this wobble board, great for increasing your balance, plus works your legs and buns as well. Great buy.
