Works Great; Arrived Fast; Reasonable Price; Works great for Culligan Water Softner as well. Wrote directions to replace.
Had proper power level and holds it per specificied discharge cycle; Sturdy construction; Reasonable Price Compared to TadiranShipper sent on time in protective bulbble wrap sleeve. Recommend order from them again!***************************************Install in Culligan water softner***************************************MATERIALS; TOOLS; & TIME: 12 in/35cm Electricians tape and Work surface protected by disposable paper; Utility razor knife plus #2 phillips (crosspoint) and #1 flat screw drivers; 20 minutes for average Amazon buyer.IMPORTANT: Write the current softner settings so you can reprogram the unit once you've completed the battery replacement.SAFETY CRITICAL: Remove power from entire softer by unplugging ac adapter "wall wart" from wall socket before doing any work. This will keep you and the controller safe!!STEPS1. Loosen screw that s holds control unit cover shut with #2 phillips screwdriver , and then remove cover by pulling bottom toward you and gently push lock tabs on bottom inward with #1 flat screw driver.2. Unplug existing battery from circuit board by pulling white plug connector gently and straight towards you. Pinch the connector by hand; use #1 screw driver to push detent inward if it sticks.3. Now do work atop a desk or board protected by some disposable paper, e.g. yesterday's newspaper. Your fingers and back will thank you!4. Cut the rubber grommet that wraps the Tadiran battery along battery center with a utility knife to expose wiring. Slice gently at side to avoid piercing the canister. Discard grommet and battery in appropriate recycling containers. NOTE that the black wire is positive/ground connector and red wire is negative aka "hot" connector. Electrons are negative charge, so they flow from negative to positive.5. Pry/slice the metal strips connecting the wires apart from the battery by inserting utility knife blade in-between each metal strip and battery to cut the the solder. Slice with back-n-forth sawing motion. You will be reward with the intact metal strips still connected to the wiring.6. Now hold place black wire's connector on positive (+) "nipple" end of battery and red wire connecor on negative "flat" end of **new SAFT battery** by pinching together with one hand's thumb and pointer finger. Double check that you have each connector wire on the correct end!7. Starting at center of **new SAFT battery**, stick electrician's tape on side of battery, wrapping around each end tightly to secure the connectors to the battery poles. Don't worry about stretching the tape slightly as the specified length will go around the entire unit at least twice.8. Now install battery, and close unit cover by reversing steps 3 and step 2.9. Verify that the contoller unit displays the time. If it does not, double check your work in steps 1-8.SAFETY CRITICAL: DO NOT CONNECT AC POWER TO THE UNIT IF YOU DID CANNOT GET THINGS WORKING. CALL THE CULLIGAN MAN OR ELECTRICIAN TO FIX FOR YOU!10. Reprogram unit with the instruction manual to the settings you wrote.CONGRATULATE yourself -- you saved $150.00 USD!

These do NOT fit the Snuza Baby Monitor, Hero ...
These do NOT fit the Snuza Baby Monitor, Hero. It had these listed as "customers also purchased with this item" at the bottom of my order, so I thought to myself, "hey, I should get extra backup batteries" and ordered these. I wish someone else had made the comment before I bought them as I went to use one and it didn't fit!!! I should have paid more attention.

Replacement Battery Tips!
It clearly states in the user manual for the same exact Snuza monitor (the companies merged and I am sure the only difference between equivalent monitors is the label sticker with the differing brand names) that you may use either the CR battery OR an LS-14250 battery as a replacement battery. So this gave me peace of mind since Levana manuals only state the CR battery.4/10/15 UPDATE:Replaced the batteries several months ago with the LS-14250 batteries (much cheaper on amazon!) and the monitor has functioned perfectly. My son is nine months old now, and we still use the monitor every time he sleeps. (He still sleeps tightly swaddled on his back, so it doesn't ever come off.)

Work Dandy! Long life with stable output...
Used these batteries for wireless alarm system remote sensors and they work fine. The date on the battery is manufacture date, not expiration date. The batteries I used to buy were from R-Shack were dead on purchase(Tadiran brand). These are 1/4 the price and all worked when I got them. These have been installed for a few months and are still holding a full charge so the drain is also very good. I recommend these as a replacement without hesitation. Stay away from the Tadiran brand...==Update 8-4-2012 ==I need to purchase more so I thought I'd update... Just installed the last of the batteries I purchased about 2 years ago and it was still holding a full charge. The ones I have installed throughout the last couple of years have held up very well with long life and steady output. Still recommended.==Update 7-20-2013 ==Had a sensor beep today signifying a low battery condition. When I pulled it out I noted this was one of these batteries I installed just under 2 years ago. These are in motion sensors so thats pretty darn good! Ordered two more today...
