Worst Customer Service
QNAP Has the worst customer service I’v ever had to deal with. Synology has far better support for their customers. Even after paying for plans for all my system, they will not issue an RMA when they can’t fix an issue. They have really hurt my business. I will never purchase again. I will do all I can to get all Qnap devices off my network.

Good and Quitet
I have not had it long, but it is quietly storing all the Dvd/bluerays we have. One thing to note is that it will only work with video cards that do not need external power connected.

European model recieved in US
I received a European model with a 240v power supply. I post this as a warning in case anyone else's first instinct is to grab another power cord and just plug it in. Luckily I checked the voltage before trying it.

Canada Direct: Not factory sealed, missing parts
Just got my QNAP and unfortunately unlike Canada-Direct wrote on Amazon the box was not factory sealed and I am missing parts.

QNAP殿より、商品説明の画面にTS-h886の仕様を掲載してしまったミスとの連絡があり、現在情報は修正されています。アマゾン殿へ連絡後、最終的には返品処理になりましたが途中の丁寧な対応とスピードの速さに感動を覚え（翌日に一度代替え商品到着等）、商品は上位のTS-h886を購入する他ないのですが、対応に満足してしまい。商品評価よりアマゾン殿、QNAP殿のご対応のすばらしさに☆4つです。以前の投稿商品説明には、 スタイル:TS-h686 CPU:Intel Xeon D-1622 quad-core 2.6 GHz processor (burst up to 3.2 GHz) 暗号化エンジン:AES-NI システムメモリ:16 GB UDIMM DDR4 ECC (2 x 8 GB) 最大メモリ:128 GB (4 x 32 GB)と記載されていますが本体実機のシステムステータスでは、 CPU:Intel Xeon D-1602 システムメモリは：８GB （２×４GB）2スロットル使用の商品が送付されてきました。購入前にメモリが本当に１６GB（２×８GB）であるかどうか「商品情報、Q&A、レビューで回答を検索」に質問を記載したのですが、どこからも回答が無かったので、商品を実機で確認するため購入しました。結果、上記の通りCPU、メモリともに仕様とは異なりました。返品するかどうか、アマゾンからの回答を待ちます。
