Great for what it is
Inexpensive small handheld game that my son lives. He has the newer systems and the graphics aren't as good. But it's made up with all the fantastic old school games. Perfect for gifting

Issues to be aware of
The first thing I'd like to get out of the way: several reviewers have complained that the handheld device feels "cheap." While this is true, please keep in mind that at $50, this item IS cheap. There are plenty of other retro handheld gaming devices that cost well over $100, if that's an issue for you. With that, I'll dive into my own review:First problem is that the instructions are not very thorough. More on that.Second is that outside of the SNES and other Nintendo console emulators, the default button configurations suck.Thirdly, the Sega Genesis emulator is only set up for the three button controller; so if you absolutely must use six buttons on a Sega Genesis title that you enjoy, you'll have to play the arcade or SNES version. If the game is a Sega Genesis exclusive, you'll have to suck it up and play with three buttons.Back to the instructions: one important thing left out of the instructions is how to reconfigure the buttons. You have to push the power button (without holding down) during gameplay, and then the menu will direct you from there. Beware, however, that the button labels in the menu do not match how the buttons are actually labeled on the device (X & Y in the menu, versus C & D on the physical buttons). Also, when you reconfigure the buttons to your liking, it's not just for the one game. It's for the whole emulator. So if you have your button configuration setup for Street Fighter II, and you reconfigure it for Final Fight, you'll have to reconfigure it again if you go back to playing Street Fighter II.I'm also going to add a fourth: I've found a mislabeled game. What is labeled Street Fighter Alpha 2 in the SNES emulator folder is actually Final Fight 2, and I can't imagine that being the only one.

Not perfect but very good for the price
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is there isn’t 3000 games on it. There are over a 1,500 and you can download additional games, but there isn’t 3000 on it. Also, the game graphics do not look like the pictures on Amazon. The car graphics are from a Pit Bull music video on the device. The games are fun and the graphics look just like they did in the original games in the 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s. If has given my 12 year old endless hours of fun and brought even more fun memories to my husband who played these games originally.

Good for the price.
Bought 3 for my young kids for Christmas. Has tons of games on it. It does have the ability to use your own SD card with your own games but don’t expect it to run any new AAA games. Older but games downloaded from the internet will work. My only complaint is there is no way to back out of a game and return to the game menu once you’ve selected a game. You have to turn it off and back on to play another game. Also two of the 3 handhelds have buttons that are “spun” to the side. Example. The A button is not straight up and down but is sideways on the button pad. Put it keeps them entertained which is the biggest thing.

Good but not great
It is nice to play all the older games again. I ended up gifting this to someone that likes playing the older games.Pros:-Affordable-Lots of games-Different systems nes snes sega gbaCons:-feels cheap breakable-games are difficult to sort through-right side of the screen bleeds slightly into the left which can be annoying.-snes games run slower and not smooth.

Not what I expected
Seller claims there are over 3,000 games. More like 30.

It’s ok but to high of a price
There are hundreds of games on this device which is great for the kids , but many games freeze or move to slow also not sure if it’s only my device but when playing for a couple of minutes let’s put a weird feeling fromBack of the game almost like a light electrical flow going throw my hands .

Great for family's on the go.
This is the second one I've got for my son and he loves them. The first one he lost and has been asking ever since for a new one.
