Being celiac, it's hard to find a tasty alternative and gluten-free products are soooo expensive compared to regular wheat-based products. I lucked into this brand and now I make them all the time. My favorite is the Cashewlicious - oats, coconut flour, dried cherries, chocolate chunks and cashew butter (I prefer chunky peanut butter, but that's me). Easy to make and really yummy. They are even somewhat healthy and I eat them as a breakfast bar sometimes. I make them for my office team and they scoop them up. They have 2 other types - a chocolate chip and an M&Ms but I prefer the other.Only downside, sometimes they are thick and dense and sometimes a little flatter - depends on weather and your oven. And I like to cook them about 5 minutes longer than suggested on the box.EAT THEM!!!

I love how easy these are. I made them too big the first time so i learned to make em smaller an it works out alot better... I also add stuff like chia seed an ground flax an 1 tbs. Vanilla.... And i added some cinnamon as well.... An i substituted sunflower seed butter in place of peanut butter.... They are so freakin good! I know i could just as easily go get all the ingredients but this is just so simple cuz ill be tired from a days work an come home an not have much energy.... Which these dontbtake much energy at all to make.... Just roll small little balls an space em a couple inches or a few inches spaced inbetween since they spread out when they melt down

I can't find this cookie mix anywhere any more and I'm afraid I'm going to have to start making it from scratch. My daughter doesn't ever want to eat, and she gobbled these down for breakfast with a glass of milk and it gave her the fat, fiber and protein she needed to head off to high school... And then they ran out.

I found Meli's Monster Cookies at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and being gluten free, and having few options, decided to try them. They are AMAZING! I can't say enough about how much I love them. BUT I don't typically do my shopping at Wal-Mart so I decided to check Amazon and found the mix. It is equally AMAZING! Maybe more so! I've purchased it a couple times and love it, as well. I'm not usually a fan of gluten free cookies, but these are not typical! I recommend them to everyone!

My husband makes gluten-free cookies for me. These have been the best mix we have ever used. they come out crisp around the edges and chewy in the middle. They seem to use quality ingredients. Yes, the cost is high; but., they are worth it when you rarely taste a good GF cookie.

0ver 8.00 a box are you kidding!I bought in Texas and Frozen for 6.00.Were price gaughed I'll make my own.Lol what a rip off.No thx.Greed!!!

I like that Meli's cookies have protein and fiber and taste wonderful. Many gluten free baked goods have too much white flour, fat and sugar and little else. Meli's cookie mix are a wonderful alternative!
