I bought several different sizes frying pans of this brand lately (triple steel ceramic). These are of excellent quality, nonstick, heat evenly, look good - one of the best I own and I own quite many of them as I cook a lot. I bought the 8 in. pan exclusively to make a 2 or 3 egg omelet without oil. The eggs do not stick at all as I read in some of the reviews. I get an evenly done perfect omelet. The pan can be washed in seconds as nothing sticks inside. Also, the pans arrived as expected and were packed super well in their original boxes, placed in a second box. Very happy with this purchase.PS. I would like to add a comment that after about a year of use the oil free miracle is over and I have to butter the pan for an omlette.

Love this pan. I wanted a multi-ply steel pan verses an aluminum pan with a plate welded on the bottom that doesn't warm the sides of the pan. The non stick works amazing. Its a perfect replacement for my old Teflon which has lost its non stick and is scratched and pitted. I wouldn't spend a fortune on any non-stick. This has a diamond ceramic coating which appears to be very scratch resistant.

Love love love this. It is fantastic. Cleans up nicely and is no stick as advertised. It’s nice looking. I do with it had come with a lid. It is a nice piece of cookware. I will definitely be buying more:: REVISED review. I have not had this pan a year. I use it daily and now it sticks with bacon, eggs and things that should not stick. I would not buy this pan again. I followed all washing instructions and storing. There are chips in it and not a pan I would recommend. It’s the only one I have so I have to use it till I can afford a better one

I pay attention to build quality on products I buy, and this pan is off the charts excellent! I like that I can use metal utensils, it's dishwasher safe, and oven safe up to a 600-degree broiler. Honestly though, I usually hand wash the skillet, which takes no more than 30–60 seconds. Heat distribution seems very even. My only knock, if you can even call it that, is that the non-stick surface is so slick that I have to chase my eggs around the pan with my spatula in order to flip them. I'll take that any day! I would definitely buy this again.

Very durable and well-made - it feels solid and weighty in hand. Cleaning is a breeze as nothing sticks to it after I'm done cooking in it. However, WHILE I'm cooking eggs in it, they tend to stick. :(

These pans are great so far. I’ve only been using them for about a month but they’re performing better than any non-stick I’ve ever had. Much thicker than the standard ones they hold heat and disperse it evenly really well. I will definitely be back for more of they’re still available. Non-stick pans only last so long but I know that going in.

Terrible saute pan. Absolutely terrible. I'd say the handle was designed for a child because it was so short, but it's also incredibly uncomfortable. I've been a professional chef, and know what it's like to work with beat to hell industrial saute pans. I primarily got it for use as an egg pan, and it worked for a very short time before things started to stick. I've only had it for a month. It's extremely expensive for what it is, which is garbage. I'd return it, but it's too late for that, so I'm just going to throw it away. This pan sucks. Looks cool, sort of, but it is incredibly uncomfortable to use and sucked straight out of the box and only got worse. About a month later, and I'm throwing it away. Very expensive garbage.

I'm a very amateur chef but I do love my induction burners and when NuWave ran out of them I was freaking out wondering if I was ever going to be able to get fry pans that would work and not stick.After reading the reviews for The Blue diamond cookware here I decided to give him a try.And I have to say these pans are some of the most amazing pans I've ever cooked in.On my induction burner butter starts melting 5 seconds after I turn on the burner.Eggs pop right out, meat cooks well, and they are super easy to clean.If you have induction and want a good pan definitely check these out five stars all the way.
