This make drinking water.more palatable for me. I have ordered more in different flavors. I won't drink it all the time because ultimately I do realize it's just a bunch of chemicals but I will use it when I need to down a lot of water.

Chrystal light makes drinking water nice
I have taken all the crystal light flavors since I got my gastrobypass 8 years ago. Drinking 2-3 liters a day is good according to my doctors. I’ll continue to use probably for a lifetime. Good tasting flavors.
