I would conclude that this works as a great adhesive for these materials
I used the Loctite E-60HP adhesive to bond 3D printed ABS plastic to Aluminum 7075-T6. I chose this adhesive because it was compatible with both ABS and Aluminum, and had a 60 minute working time.I strength tested the bonded parts, and the ABS plastic failed before the adhesive or Aluminum. So, I would conclude that this works as a great adhesive for these materials.

Packaging sucks
I'm sure the Epoxy will work, but the packaging is problematic. First off, the cap on the nozzles is apparently designed for a one-time use. You have to break it off with pliers and there's no way to get it back on that I can see. The instructions have long health warnings in five languages, but only one small paragraph on how to mix and use the stuff. Secondly, the instructions say to "load cylinders into the applicator tool" What applicator tool??? I had to use a screwdriver to push the pistons down one at a time and hope I pushed out an equal amount. I would have rather weighed out the proper amount of epoxy and catylist, but the instructions didn't mention the proper ratio.

Very strong structural epoxy
Strongest structural epoxy available. Double the strength of JB Weld.

Super strong but you need to know how to use
This stuff is incredibly strong. I use it all the time when I definitely want to bond two things together. Proper surface prep us incredibly important. Also, don't be like one of the reviewers, you need an applicator gun and mixing nozzles to use this product. (The cap comes off with a quarter turn, it's a bayonet style connection)

Great epoxy, easy to use
I'm not sure how I found this epoxy, but it's a joy to use. The dual sided cartridge makes measuring a moot point. Since I just use a small amount, I'm sure the cost of the mixer tips adds up. But I don't even mind because the dispensing and mixing of the epoxy all happens at once. For my purposes, this epoxy has performed just perfectly. Personally, I give it more than 24 hours for a full cure before I place any load on it - typically I wait a minimum of 48 hours at 72f. For what I'm doing that has never been an issue.Since it's mixed and dispensed at the same time, I don't worry about exothermic runaway like when mixing larger volumes of another epoxy. Also having the dispenser tip is perfect for my use as I am often trying to join two pieces in an interior space. The tip generally reaches where I want to put the epoxy and if not, I can easily accommodate. My other option was to mix epoxy in a separate container then transfer the epoxy into a syringe which always ended up in a HUGE mess. Now with the dispenser tip, even if I did want to use the syringe it is vastly simplified - I simply dispense this epoxy into the syringe and use it straight away. No HUGE mess!!The only drawback is the cost per ounce / gram of this epoxy is much higher than using a bulk mix of epoxy, and each time you use the epoxy it requires a new mixing tip. Again, for my use I don't find this to be a big issue but keep that in mind if you're doing a lot of epoxy work. Also, one could forgo the mixing tip and dispense the epoxy onto a paper plate or some other surface to mix it by hand.Overall I highly recomend the epoxy and have found it a joy to use.
