In my opinion this product is very poor quality, dangerous and not suitable for the UK market. The retaining screws provided are simply inadaquate as they are far too short. The wall plugs provided are too flimsy and will only the screw to go into the ½ thick ceiling board which in my opinion simply is not enough to retain the light fitting with any safety. The three mains connector terminal is not the usual single blade screw but looks like some strange posidrive type screw, except that it’s not. The wiring that hangs down and holds the shades will take you ages to get straight so the whole thing looks cheap and nasty. Also, in the item description it states that the material is metal and glass however there are no glass shades. When I first placed the order, I was sent an email from the seller stating that they were taking a personal interest in ensuring complete satisfaction. After the purchase, another two emails asking if I was satisfied with the purchase and would I leave positive feedback. Well, I contacted them to explain all the faults that I had encountered. As yet no reply! Again, in my opinion this is nothing but Cheap Chinese Crap that is flooding into Amazon. My advice is do not buy – you get what you pay for!

First off a note about the seller. Excellent communications and delivered earlier that expected !Now for the light, this is a good quality, heavy light. The frame is metal and the inside shade is glass. There's plenty of flex for if you have a high ceiling or maybe want to create a 'spider' like effect with the extra flex on hooks (obviously you will need a few more units). Shortening the flex is just like any other flex shortening operation (cut and bare the wire). A certain amount will fit in the rose for tweaking and again, this is very easy to do by just unscrewing a thumb screw and pushing the flex up into the rose (we found this easier after. fixing to the ceiling). There's also LOTS of positions for the screws in the fixing bracket so it will probably just fit into your existing screw holes. Really, really pleased with this item (and the seller) and will deffo buy another !

Bought this light for the hallway, really pleased with how it looks. I wanted a light that didn't hang down too low but this light can be adjusted in the length of the cable so I was able to shorten it to an ideal length with the flex being able to roll neatly within the ceiling ring. It was one of the easiest lights to actually fit that I've done in a long time, with plenty of options to place the screws on the fixing plate. Looks more expensive than it cost, very pleased.

I recently moved house and bought these lights for my dining room. There was a builder working in the house so I got him to install the lights. He did not encounter any problems doing so; the whole process seemed straight forward. I have positioned the lights so that they hang above the dining table and they look most attractive. I have fitted LED bulbs which have provided a clear, bright light. I also thought they were good value for money. Happy to recommend.

These light shades are so good we ended up buying 3 the seller is absolutely brilliant and 100 % helpful and professional thank you so much for 3 great value light shades which look so more expensive than they are first class brilliant thanks again

I bought these as an inexpensive temporary fitting as my previous fitting had blown. However, I am so delighted with it that I will be keeping if. It was easy to fit and looks really expensive in my dining room. I sent a photo to my friend who is also going to order one.

The design is simple yet very striking. They're strongly made with a good weight.They look stunning in my bedroom. They were black but I lightly spray painted them gold.Would highly recommend!
