My daughter loves this high chair! We have the other one that snaps onto a chair at her grandmother’s house but she seems to prefer this one more! Very very easy to clean. Just be very careful when putting the top on when your child is in it…. I pinched her little leg ONCE and made sure to never make that mistake again! Overall we are very happy with this product!

Way less food on the floor with the wrap around tray. I cannot emphasize this enough. Between that and it being so easy to wipe there is so much less cleanup. Only annoying thing is that you can’t set the tray down flat because it is on a post. I dug out a odd heavy vase and use it as a tray holder- problem solved.

I ordered two white, identical high chairs the same day thru Amazon. When the boxes arrived I noticed one tray was more of a yellowish color, the color that comes with something being used and old. It took forever for the customer service rep from Phil & Teds to email back and when she did reply she dismissed our issue and just said it didnt affect the normal use of the product. I tried to explain that even though it didnt "affect" the use of the product I ordered two, new WHITE high chairs that I use right next to one another (have twins) and I could mail the tray back to get a replacement. The rep kept claiming this was not a product defect and couldnt offer a replacement. Im speechless...

Nice modern high chair.

Item was defective. The central pillar which holds the tray has two snapping tabs which are supposed to snap in to hold it firmly in place. Because this piece was not machined correctly it was impossible to get the tabs to snap into place.When we got the highchair it looked like the box had already been opened, which might mean it was already sent back by somebody else because of this defect and Amazon, rather than replacing the defective part, simply shipped it out again to another unsuspecting customer. Pretty bad!!The overall construction of this highchair was mediocre even without this showstopper problem.

Great, convenient, quality, easy to move around, easy to clean, compact. An excellent choice.

It’s a very basic high chair, easy to clean, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing.

The high chair we received had a defective middle column that we only discovered after putting the whole thing together. Shipping a high chair back to Amazon is such a pain too, of course we'd tossed the box. Now the whole thing is probably going in a landfill, instead of Phil and ted replacing just that part.
