The design of the Pearl applicator and wrapper is far superior to this one
I favour Lil-Lets over other brands for their fit but have been using Tampax Pearl of late as the applicator is so convenient. The design of the Pearl applicator and wrapper is far superior to this one: on this the wrapper is hard to rip cleanly, impossible to get the empty applicator back inside the wrapper for disposal and when you open the applicator out, the two parts come undone very easily so you have to thread it all back in. So despite the better tampon in the Lil-Lets overall, I'll be sticking to the Tampax Pearl for now.
