Good value, works well, now if only I could do more than 3 pull-ups...
I can't attest to the upper weight limit since I'm currently 180 but it has the standard pull up bar design at a good value and is easily strong enough to hold me. The grips are good quality and should last, they don't seem to leave marks. Extra screw in mine none were missing and easy to assemble. I bent the wrench that came with it a little to make it easier.

A Solid Investment for Your Home Gym Journey!
I recently started using the Ally Peaks Pull Up Bar for my workouts, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic addition to my home gym! The thickened steel construction feels incredibly sturdy, and I appreciate the max limit of 440 lbs, which gives me confidence as I work my way up in my strength training. The multi-grip design allows for various exercises, making it versatile for upper body workouts. I’m slowly progressing with my pull-ups, and I feel like I’m getting there! It’s great to see improvement over time, and this bar has been essential in helping me reach my fitness goals.Installation was straightforward, and it fits perfectly in my doorway without any issues. I also love that it’s portable, making it easy to move around as needed.Overall, I highly recommend the Ally Peaks Pull Up Bar for anyone looking to enhance their upper body strength at home. Well made
Solid piece of equipment and overall a great addition to any home gym. It’s made with thickened steel, making it feel incredibly sturdy and durable, and it confidently supports up to 440 lbs as advertised. The bar installs easily in a doorway and stays secure during workouts, making it perfect for upper-body exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging leg raises. While the overall quality is great, one drawback is the grip pads. They start to show wear and tear fairly quickly, especially with regular use. The padding is comfortable at first, but it doesn’t hold up as well over time, which might mean having to replace or adjust them eventually.Despite this issue, the bar itself is excellent and performs reliably. For the price, it’s a good buy, especially if you want a sturdy, high-capacity pull-up bar for home use. Just keep in mind the grip pads might not last as long as the rest of the bar.

Perfect!
It's perfect! Easy to assemble and place, sturdy, and will definitely hold you while you do pull-ups and chin-ups. For reference- I am on the lower side of weight, at around 127-128 lbs (~57kg), but some of my heavier friends have tried it and had no issue using it. I am also happy to report that there has been no damage to the door frames I put this on. The foam grips make the bar easy to hold on to, so that you can get a nice dead hang without your hands getting tired. Highly recommend if you're looking to pullups at home!

I would recommend 100% for the price but it does have a few short coming.
Pro:-It good value-It's sturdy so long as you put use the right hole for your door-Simple to assembleCon:-It stand 6' 3" on the door frame, even if you were shorter then the average man, when you reach up its too short for full range of motion. You have to be awkwardly bend the knee and make use of assisted band hard but on the flip side its a bit easier. It would also be hard to overload with weights.-The neutral grip bar is where you would want to do normal chin ups or pull ups so your stuck with the wide grip or narrow grip.Still, a cheap barbell set, this pull up bar, squats, and push up you will hit most of the muscle group and save the commute to and from the gym. Its very handy for dead hangs and the convenience factor helps you maintain a regular workout schedule. You don't really lose much for the price and it doubles as a push up parralet.

Door Pull Up Bar That Gets the Job Done
It’s been a solid addition to my home workout gear. It’s easy to install no drilling required and fits most standard door frames securely. The grips are comfortable and provide good support without slipping, even during intense pull-ups or hanging exercises. It feels sturdy and stable once mounted, so I don’t worry about it moving or coming loose. Plus, it’s compact enough to take down and store away when I’m not using it. If you want a simple, effective way to do pull-ups at home without a big setup, this door pull-up bar is definitely worth considering.

Not for over 200lbs otherwise great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This works ok for my gf (150lbs) but it visibly bends when I try to use it (230 lbs) wouldn’t recommend for someone over 200lbs.

Excellent -- stable and love that it is easy to put up and take down
Note: This review is for the pullup bar alone; the elastic assist pull in my photos is mine and is not included with the bar. The bar was easy to put together -- just a few screws that you adjust based on the size of the doorway. We have it on a pretty standard bathroom doorway and it did just barely fit on the wider setting, but it does fit securely. The hardest issue was getting the metal security hook into the space between the molding and the wall at the top of the doorway -- it took my husband a mallet to get it in securely. It also means that though the bar is super easy to take down (so I can close the bathroom door when not working out) and put back up before I work out -- it really won't be able to be used on other doorways (my kiddo was wanting to use it as well) unless I somehow got another safety piece. I do 100% love the design that allows this bar to sit on the frame and the downward/outward pressure from body weight actually secures it in place and it doesn't require any permanent hardware in the doorframe and isn't dependent on how tight I can expand a bar between the doorway. This one is secure every single time I put it up and the design is so well thought out. I have tested it, and it holds my weight easily and my teens tried it, and it was secure for them as well. I have no issues with it being stable and secure and feel 100% comfortable and confident on it. 100% happy with this purchase!
