The quality is very good. I smarty cat makes some of the best toys. One word of caution the raffia balls bleed dye. I have a cat that likes to put them in her water bowl. I still let mine play with them but once they go in the water that's it. the set in this pick looks a lot different from the one I got. mine had more soft toys. Smarty cat mice are the best.

yes, you can buy a ten pack or 3 pack. They are also available at target and Wal-Mart.
