Is it a working clock

No it's a clock to teach your children. It's a manual clock that you can set for any time to teach your child.

Although it’s not designed to specifically be hung up, I think it would work just fine after looking at the back of the clock. It might need a little more stabilization included besides just a nail in the wall to hold it steady.

Are the numbers molded into the plastic or only painted on the surface? Are they raised at all?
