This exercise ball arrived quickly and in new condition. It came with the ball, pump, a couple of plugs and a plug remover tool. There was a bit of a smell when I took the ball out of the package but it didn't last long and it reminded me of the pool. Not too strong but kind of a rubber/chlorine smell maybe.The pump did not work perfectly right away. As others have stated, it got stuck and would only extend maybe an inch or two most of the time. After playing with the pump and trying to pump the ball up with the little amount that the pump was allowing, I finally gave in and emailed the support email that was provided in the package and on a sticker on the pump. I got a response back from a real person right away. I thought it was an automated 'we received your email' reply so I initially ignored it. After reading the email a short while later they suggested to oil or grease the inside of the pump, if I could. Taking the pump apart, which consists of unscrewing the bottom of the cylinder, I could see that the 'piston' that is in contact with the cylinder via an O-ring was greased and did move freely in the cylinder. There is another piece the goes around the 'pole' of the piston and that is what was causing the problem. The piece of rubber around the pole was getting caught nd stopping the piston from moving. After putting a very tiny amount of grease on my fingertips and barely greasing the pole, the pump sprang into action! It worked perfectly! I was able to fill the ball up in probably 2-3 minutes.The ball is a thick, sturdy feeling texture. It feels like a high quality exercise ball.Being 5'3 I got the 65" ball. Based on the reviews I went for the bigger size since I was on the cusp between two. I do think it's a nice size for sitting and exercising, however, it does not work for me at my desk. Based on the size chart, this should be about the right size, but it's too small for me at work.I measured the ball after making sure it was as full as I felt safe filling. I rolled it next to the wall and marked the point where a ruler touched being laid flat on the top of the ball. I then measured the distance between the floor and that mark. I rolled the ball away and repeated a few times to ensure I had a level reading. I got 59-60 cm each time. This seems to be a small amount different and I'm not convinced that the extra 2 inches it's missing would make the ball right for work anyway.My suggestion is to consider not only your height but also your desk height (if you plan to use it for that) and then go up to the next size (or two).I am in communication with the customer service rep about a replacement at the moment. They are very responsive and quick. It is a relief to get in touch with someone right away and actually fix the problems! Fixing that pump took a matter of minutes from emailing the problem to actually pumping the ball up. It was super easy to do myself as well. Great job all around!

This is a nice fitness ball & it comes with a workout guide. The size chart is accurate. I'm 5'3 and needed a size 65 cm/26 in. It only took a couple minutes to inflate with the pump that was provided & it's easy to use.

I bought it for pregnancy, this was really good. I like that it is stable, strong and color is so good in green. It works well

I liked that this ball seems to be good quality and will hopefully hold up while using it. I ordered 34 inch one but the ball says 33 inches. Also the pump is not as easy to use as some people say. It takes a good 10 to 15 mins to pump it by hand and the last little bit gets really hard to do. Honestly a bike pump would probably work better because its hard to get it completely firm by hand. When i sit on it it goes down a but so a firm blow up is essential. Other than that it seems pretty good so far.

This ball is great. It came with a pump that worked great. My arms got a little tired but it was not difficult. The instructions that came with it are clear and easy to follow. The only thing that i am having a bit of an issue with is the stability. I have hard wood floors and socks and the exercise ball do not work well together. There is an accessory that holds the ball in place but it is a seperate purchase. I will have to get one. Otherwise, I am pleased with my purchase!

It's just an exercise ball...but wow is this a high quality item that surprised me how versatile it is. Just a few exercises - and I mean a few - and I felt muscles being used I hadn't realized I hadn't been using. It allows you to work a lot of areas in a low impact way. Fantastic value for the money. Sitting on it as a full time office chair is definitely waaaay overhyped (just go get a refurbished Leap), but for a few minutes at a time to work different muscles is great.Edit: just measured the ball and I had underinflated it. It will only get to the full 26" if you really inflate the heck out of it, so it is pretty taut. I had originally inflated to just under 22" and assumed that was it and enjoyed the ball. I later measured and inflated it to over 25.5" and it's quite firm. So there's a range here - if you think the ball is too small, try inflating it for a week, then adding more air after it has stretched. It expands more than you'd think.

I use it to sit on while I watch tv and play games. Holds up well and helps keep me active while stationary. Amazing product at a great price.

Bought black, 34" ball. I'm about 5'11", 140 lbs. No odor. Wrinkles go away. Thick, quality material. Easy to pump up. Grateful for the tip to size up and keep it a little underinflated to sit on at the desk. This tip works great for sitting and exercises! Highly recommend.

Le ballon est solide et le demeure à l'usage après gonflage. Le gonflage est certes laborieux et sollicite les muscles, mais comme c'est une fois qu'il faut le faire, on n'a pas trop à s'en faire.Le service à la clientèle est d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait sur un aspect, dites-le leur et ils agissent. Raison pour laquelle je donne 5/5 malgré l'effort de gonflage ;-)
