First, I had problem with listening music from my pc, one earbud constantly disconnecting, I didn't had any problems with my phone. All other earbuds I have work fine with both.Noise cancelation is working great, once I put them on I can't hear window air conditioner or aquarium filters noise.However sound level could only be adjusted down on the left earbud. Adjusting sound up on the right didn't work.Oh, and one more thing your order will come with 20 dollars gift card offer for 5 star review. However they will probably send you card the same way as they answer my questions about earbuds, I never got anything back.That means that promise about a two years warranty is crap too. How would you claim your warranty if they don't respond to emails....Avoid!

Como usuario frecuente de estos dispositivos, he tenido un nivel de experiencia utilizando estos auriculares inalambricos muy buena. Actualmente tengo Huawei Freebuds 3 y Samsung Buds Pro y puedo indicar lo siguiente:DISEÑO Y ACABADO :El diseño es uno de los más compactos que podrás encontrar en esta categoría. Es muy portable y fáciles de llevar. El acabado debo remarcar que es bueno pero no es premium, sobre todo el estuche de carga, si bien eso no me molesta, pero no se ve tan premium como los mismos auriculares, me explico, el acabado mate del estuche luce de baja calidad o mas bien se ve barato en cambio el acabado piano de los auriculares y el mate interior se ve de alta calidad.SONIDO:La calidad del sonido es bastante premium sin embargo y tal como otras personas mencionan, traen el bajo un poco acentuado y algo de debilidad en los medios, esto es algo que dependiendo del gusto puede o no molestar. Para conversaciones es son muy buenos y no he experimentado problemas ni para escuchar ni para que me escuchen, eso sí la cancelación de ruido se activa automáticamente durante las llamadas aunque este desactivada.CANCELACIÓN DE RUIDO (ANC):No sería justo compararla con mis otros auriculares pues simplemente la diferencia de precio es abismal y obviamente la tecnología también (con eso queda claro que es muy inferior) pero si los puedo comparar con los Boltune Bt-bh020 que ya traen cancelación pasiva, y en definitiva cancelan más, y sobre todo la gran diferencia la hace el modo ambiente que permite escuchar nuestro entorno con los audífonos puestos, con una ligera reducción pero que puede inclusive magnificar sonidos que no deseamos escuchar.FUNCIONES TÁCTILES:Traen demasiadas si se compara con los Freebuds 3, aún no termino de aprenderlas todas, lo malo es que no son configurables pues no se cuenta con una aplicación para hacerlo. Se agradece lo generosos que han sido, si bien la latencia es un poco lenta.BATERÍA :Simplemente incomparables y aquí si puedo destacar que su rendimiento supera con creces modelos de marcas reconocidas, y tomando en cuenta el tamaño del case (más pequeño que cualquier Samsung o Huawei) es impresionante.COMODIDAD:Debo destacar que son muy muy cómodos, no tanto como los Freebuds 3 pero si X1000 que los Buds Pro. Son muy ligeros y puedes olvidar que los llevas puestos, pero si tienes una oreja pequeña es posible que no se ajusten muy bien y sobresalgan un poco, pero si te pasa con estos, debe ocurrir igual con la gran mayoría de los TWS. Si eres de orejas pequeñas recomiendo cualquier diseño que sea similar a los Airpods de Apple o Freebuds de Huawei que tienen un perfil muy delgado y no traen esa protuberancia diseñada para alojarse en la parte ondulada de la oreja.LATENCIA:Aqui debo hacer una anotación muy importante si juegas video juegos: no son ideales para eso. Por ejemplo jugando CALL OF DUTY MOBILE, llegan momentos en los que el sonido se pierde por lo complejo y lo dinámico que es. Si es para llamadas y escuchar música, son muy recomendados.ALCANCE BLUETOOTH:La cobertura de estos auriculares es ridículamente grande y la diferencia se nota más en interiores pues le gana con creces a mis otros auriculares. Simplemente me dan cobertura en casi toda mi casa sin interferencia, algo de lo que los otros carecen.RESUMEN:En cuanto a la relación calidad precio son muy recomendados, no son comparables en muchos aspectos con Samsung y Huawei por no contar con el soporte de una aplicación que los actualice y mejore constantemente, por ejemplo, pero si en otros como duración de carga, calidad de llamadas, comodidad y tamaño. Me molesta un poco que no tengan carga inalámbrica, pero luego recuerdo el precio y la batería y se me pasa.

I really wanted to like these. The sound quality was good, although I personally have issues with too much noise cancelling. It makes me feel like my ears are really plugged and when I am talking on the phone, (which is what I do 99% of the time) I am distracted by my own voice - squirrel!. And, if the other person is on speaker and there is echoing, it is a perfect storm. These would be great for just hanging out and always being in "listen only" mode, but that is not what I needed. Other issues for me: they kept falling out of my ears. They would start out feeling nice and secure, but then one of them would hit the floor as I was walking. I have already lost an apple ear pod, (it has GOT to be around her somewhere) and since these are black, chances of me finding it decrease significantly. Also, I had issues with it not connecting automatically when I put them in my ears. I have got to have reliable connections for incoming calls - I can not be messing with trying to connect through the Settings menu while my phone is ringing. Also, there is no lanyard or loop - which for me is an accident waiting to happen. Not a huge deal as I was resigned to just using them at my desk, but is is an inconvenience. And they do not charge wirelessly. Sigh. I am still on the hunt for perfect ear buds. The apple ones actually fit well, I just balk at paying $50 for a used replacement. Did I mention that is only for ONE!? These were actually pricier that some of the others I have tried and I would have been content if they had fit my ears better. (and yes, I did try all the tips).

This is my second buy from Boltune. My first pair was BH023, but they suffered an unfortunate wash cycle accident and needed replacing. I decided for a small upgrade and got this pair yesterday. Hey, based on my history, IPX7 waterproof can't hurt!So far, I've worn them while running the vacuum and a carpet cleaner, both fairly noisy devices. When I first started the vacuum, I actually had to check that it was running, the ANC was that good. Of course, I then wasted 15 minutes or so playing with the things, turning ANC on and off just to hear the difference. One note: The manual is a little vague on re-enabling ANC after turning it off. Just single tap the left earbud and you're good to go.Soundwise, these earbuds are everything I could want, especially at this price point. Bass won't knock your socks off, but is clear enough. Mid and highs are crisp to my non-professional ears. For everyday use, these are unbeatable.

Noise cancelling seems to be better when you turn up what you’re listening to but at the gym these are a must have. My wife and I each have a pair and they are perfect for cancelling out dumb bells, treadmill belts, and random grunting. In bed they are perfect when your spouse is sleeping. Had to get another pair for us because we put one pair through the wash and only the left one would work after .... impressive though that one still worked after going through the wash. Was pretty happy we didn’t purchase more expensive ones after that mistake. This kind of product seems more likely to be ruined in this household so we opt for the balance of quality at a reasonable price. This has it for us
