Do not buy ths product1) Dell supplies me a brand new laptop that overheats on day 12) I am told by DELL to carry out many types of very technical diagnostics that I know nothing about. Laptop still overheating3) I am asked by DELL to update BIOS and drivers - which I finally figure out how to do. Laptop still overheating.4) I am advised by Dell to transfer ownership to myself - this cannot be done as the link to do this asks for the 'previous owners' details. It is a brand new laptop so I do not have 'previous owner' details. Transfer request is denied by DELL!5) I am asked by DELL to visit service center in Dubai - which I do. They tell me they are happy to look at it by I need to transfer the laptop ownership - back to step 4 again.I have a job to do in the middle of this stupidity with the laptop that is the problem.This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product or service - I will never touch another DELL product. It is an expensive $2K laptop and cannot provide me one that works or even offer after sales customer service.This all has to be done via Dell's messaging service as they refuse to call.

Good laptop for work

It has a very premium feel. The metal casing looks great. The keyboard feels good and the trackpad is huge and easy and natural to use. There is really no competition. At just over 4 lbs, this would have been the lightest 15" laptop in the world just a decade ago, but now my wife found it "heavy" and went with a Surface Laptop 4 15 instead much to my chagrin. This design feel fresher, the GPU is powerful enough for casual gaming of any kind, and if it was for me it would have been a keeper.

Liked it! Just received yesterday, very will tracked the package delivery status through UPS global network. Great service!Intel 10th generation i9 8 cores 32RAM 1TB hdd, 4K 17” touch screen. Just the battery cannot compare with Apple MacBook Pro, only 4-5hours usage time.

This thing is fantastic. The battery life is plenty long for me and it’s small and light. Don’t be deterred by the 13.3” screen. It is sharp, the colors are beautiful, and the bezels around the edge are extremely small. Also, it feels very snappy with the 32GB of RAM. Dell did a great job with the design of this laptop. It feels very premium.

Great laptop. I researched Dell’s XPS line before buying and I’ve not been disappointed. There are issues with USB-C and sleep mode but these are more Windows 10 and Intel drivers than Dell. My laptop has performed for me driving 2 external monitors in a dock config.
