BEST MOP EVER!!!
My house is almost all carpet except for the basement which is tile. This hasn't been a problem until the recent winter thaw. With all that snow melting we had some water in our basement. Not a lot, but enough to pull out the towels. After cleaning up the water I decided that I needed a mop. I worked at a restaurant for years and we used one of the big old fashioned janitorial mops with the large plastic wringer. I hated having to constantly push the lever to wring the mop. So that mop was out. I've used sponge mops before and they work well except you can't wash the mop head. I've seen similar mops on infomercials and I thought the idea of a spin mop was a little gimmicky. After seeing the other ratings on Amazon I decided to finally pull the trigger. So I got the mop and it sat around for a while until one day we got a few inches of rain and some water in the basement. So I grabbed my brand new mop and soaked up the water. The mop holds plenty and definitely has some heft to it when it's full of water. I set it in the spinner and just moved it up and down. Imagine churning butter and you'll get the idea. I couldn't believe how well it worked! The spinner worked better than the mop wringer at work and no having to push that lever to wring it out. My grandmother likes to clean and because this bucket doesn't have a foot pedal I don't worry about her falling over. The way the mop gets right up against the baseboards is great. Everything is clean and dry within a few minutes.I've washed the mop head once since I bought it and it came out like new. I just put it in the washer on delicate with hot water and regular detergent. You could probably wash it on regular, but I was nervous that I would destroy the mop head if it got washed too hard. Better safe than sorry. In short, buy this mop. You won't be sorry.

This Mop is Fantastic!
The Best Spin Mop is one of the best mops I have ever purchased. I am one of those people who others call "Clean Crazy" and work hard to keep my environment clean and organized. When my Best Spin Mop arrived, I could not believe how much easier it was to clean my floors in so much less time than it did before using regular mops. But whether you like to clean or hate the chore of doing floors, you will immediately noticed how much easier and thoroughly this mop does the job! I like the original design of this mop because wringing is accomplished holding one hand on the mop wand with an easy downward pressure into the basket wringer rather than using an awkward pedal. The more I spin this mop, the less water it holds making it minimally wet and ideal for use on hardwood floors or other surfaces where excess water is damaging. The easy swivel movement of the mop allows access to hard to reach places like under baseboard radiators and underneath other tight spots. This flexibility also allows me to move the mop along top of the baseboards leaving them clean and dust free. The wide mop head makes cleaning a larger area faster and easier. When I ordered this mop, I also ordered the mop head refill thinking I would need to quickly replace the mop head because of my excessive and overuse of cleaning tools. But to my surprise, the single mop head holds up even after the excess use of a cleaning fanatic. The micro fiber mop rinses and spins itself clean of all dirt, debris and cleaning agents and can even go in the washer for laundering. You can trust this mop makes cleaning floors a cinch. When it comes to cleaning floors, this product makes the job a pleasant experience and I highly recommend it.

GREAT MOP SYSTEM
Got this for my girlfriend and she LOVES it. I already knew the quality of this mop system as I already own one. This is a great system that is extremely easy to use and very sturdy. The mop handle lasted a good 2 1/2 years before the threads on the inside stripped(it will happened with constant use over time). You also do not have to worry about the the handle snapping like other systems I have tried. Everything else has remained strong and it has been a little over 3 years since I first got this system. You will not have anymore dirty hands and you will not have to replace a mop head as these wash extremely well. Enjoy the comfort this mop offers along with the ability to easily control how much water you want on your floor. This mop is also good for wood floors because you can wring out the right amount of water and you don't have to worry about the mop head scratching your floor. Give this system a try and you will NOT be disappointed.

Good mop with a couple downsides
As far as mopping goes, this mop does a better job on my handscraped hardwood floors than any other mop I have used. Handscraped wood floors have a kind of rustic look with indentations that can be difficult to clean, but this mop takes care of that. They look like new after mopping with this mop. For that reason, I will keep the mop.My entire house is wood floors with the exception of the bathrooms, which are ceramic tile, so my entire home (3000 sq ft) needs mopped. The handle on this mop is too short and because of the connection so the mop can be wrung out, I cannot find an extension that will work with this mop. Most extensions have the screw part at the end, so you screw it into the mop handle; however, this mop is the opposite, you need an extender that can be screwed into and I haven't been able to find one. My back is literally aching half way through mopping. It makes me dread using this mop even though it does do a good job. They claim you don't have to sweep, if you use the mop dry it will pick up pet hair and dirt and hold it in. It does do this, but nothing like it claims to do. I still vacuum my floors to get the dirt up first and then mop.I see they have now changed the product description to show this includes one mop head, it used to say two. I ordered thinking I would get two mop heads, but only received one. I will have to order extra heads to solve this problem as I have 3 pets so mop frequently.
