Not much to assemble and come with screen cover lid and another cover to use after the fire has gone out and no heat that keep the fire pit dry when not in use. Easy to remove contents (Ash) and remove inside having handles in the winter months

The screen mesh is a bit too coarse which allows small sparks to escape. And the screen isn’t very strong or heavy gauge so be careful not to dent it. The internal grate is a bit low to the bottom so the pit can quickly fill with ashes

Very nice. A bit surprised at the color, but turned out to be perfect for the flow on the lakeside patio. I am really pleased.

Metal is heavy/thick enough to last a reasonable time before it (assuming a fire pit is stored outdoors) inevitably rusts through. Fire bowl is quite low (close) to the ground & not fixed to the base. We intended on using it on the lawn, but we believe it would burn and kill the grass under it. We will search for a fire bowl with taller legs, next time. And, because the fire bowl sits in the base (vice being connected to the base), it is impractical to move it - and, would be arguably dangerous to move while there is a fire in it. If these two drawbacks are not a concern, $300 is reasonable value.

Base, bowl and internal grate are stout and good quality. Mesh screen and fire poker not so much- just like every other inexpensive and cheap box store, fire pit screen.

Product arrived without the hardware package to assemble it.

Be wary this firepit will rust and rust very quickly. In a matter of months, this firepit went from a beautiful accent piece in the yard to a rusted mess. Might as well have gotten the rusted option if that's what I wanted. On top of this, the manufacturer, Real Flame, will not assist you in this matter, so you are essentially SOL. Don't be fooled into spending all this money on this firepit and go elsewhere. Poor product along with poor customer service.
