The mat thickness is good and it's not slippery. It's a quality product for the price it comes in.I would like to list a few points which might be helpful for others -1. It's very easy to fold and handle the mat because of awesome product quality.2. I washed the mat and the smell went off instantly but if you don't wash it smell will go away in 2-3 days.3. Very convenient for daily use.Strongly Recommended.

It’s thick and comfortable but the material which encloses the mat can move when exercising on a smooth floor.

I was looking for a mat that had more cushioning than regular yoga mats, and more slip, which makes for for easier stretching. The lifelong yoga mat specs fit the bill, and was a steal for ~Rs. 900. However on closer inspection it was clear that the mat has a coating, and is not an integrated fabric or material. There were spots that were already chafed (maybe this was a return-product shipped forward to new buyer; me?) and I use my mats on a cement floor, and I don’t think this mat would have held up well. And most definitely not worth the full price for construction like this!Such a shame, because the thickness and the colour were exactly what I wanted.

Very slippery mat. cannot hold downward dog position for even 30 secs.

Good quality matt. Easy to keep and handy also. The package was delivered and good condition and I am very eager to use it. I appreciate the quality used for the manufacturing which helps in easy exercising on a daily basis. Thanks to the company!
