Best ever recipes: 40 years of Food Optimising

Bit unimpressed. Bought these to help wife with Slimming World by having some recipes to cook.Went and joined slimming world and asked what Green and Original meant and she explained I must be using a book from years ago as that hasn't been used for ages.Looked in books - published 2009!These are really old stock.Get latest ones from the group and get them cheaper too!

I was disappointed with this as it’s the old way of doing Slimming World with red and green days but you can modify it to the new way. The recipes are easy to follow for a useless cook like me and lovely set out and pictures

Book, quality good. Fonts and ink colours could be improved, taking into account that many of the pages are at least half empty and could have easily incorporated an increased font size, the feint sentences are extremely hard to read and should in my opinion be clear and of a decent size to allow directions to be followed whilst undertaking any cooking recipe!Just consider if one has difficulty with their sight, then this script is not anywhere good enough to ensure that they can achieve cooking procedures without having an increased problem in following the cooking direction etc. This a pity, taking into account that the content of the book is good!

I found this book to be quite confusing, I joined Slimming World recently and so thought this would be the same but it seems to be an earlier version of the rules so it is more difficult to follow. Recipes are lovely though.
