Does it have feet pads, so it wont scrath the floor?

They are like plastic bottoms I have laminate and they haven't scratched the floor

Are the seatpads supposed to have holes at the bottom? I can’t get the “f” screws from the stool frame into the seat pads...

No,there is no hole at the bottom of the seat pad. Please put a bit of pressure behind the screws and then they will go in.
