Perfect product, excellent customer service.
The media could not be loaded. Pearls are perfect, was an issue with my original order that was sorted very promptly by the supplier.Reviews state pearls are bad, however I put this down to customer error, make sure to follow the instructions and add the pearls to BOILING water not hot water, hot water will make the pearls turn to slush.Great product great customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer

Great product, you just need to follow instructions
Update: the seller kindly have my some tips to use this product properly. Make sure you boil the Boba for about 15 minutes then sieve in cold water before proceeding to make tea. With a bit of care, you get a great result.Previous review: Very poor quality, falls apart instantly and does not hold its shape.

Quality issue, 1/4 bag is in powder form.
It’s an instant cook type. Pretty standard taste and the texture is ok. Not a good value product. A high percentage of the product is in powder form.

Great partner with almost anything
Easy to cook (20 mins). Value for money 3 kgs will go a long way. The taste of this tapioca pearls is great with my homemade taho (soya milk curd) and bubble teas.

Pearls lost colour, immediately sticks ..not great
Alot of wasteage involved in these pearls as they stick very easily..no matter the quantity used or whether you boil the water first.
