grreat shoed stretchers. I use them in my boots, shoes and anything I want to stretch.These were well made and do the job.

These shoe trees are completely useless! These shoe trees are made for a very small woman,not at all as they were advertised, I gave them one star only because I couldn't give them any less. Do not waist your money like I did.

Didn't fit my size 13 shoes.

This was not the size ordered so will give this to a youngster in the family. Cannot rate this at this time but appreciate the fact l was able to keep it without charge and the ordered pair was shipped later.

exactly what I needed to "stretch" out tight fitting walking shoes. Easy to use. I use them every day to keep shoes in shape.

First let me say this review is more about the vendor than the product. The shoe trees in and of themselves are a great product and do exactly what is needed for my shoes. The shoe trees are reasonably priced. However, the vendor charged me SIX times for S&H costs. I ordered 6 pair of shoe trees; all were shipped in the same package. ONE package equals ONE shipment. But the invoice billed as six seperate shipments! I ordered 6 Pair for a total product price of $23.70, no problem. All six pair shipped in one envelope weighing 1LB 2oz. via USPS regular mail. The Vendor's shipping charge = $33.35! I checked the same package at my post office for return postage and it came to $5.27 via USPS Priorty Mail. BEWARE of this store; numerous emails back and forth failed to get them to understand the problem was not the product or it's price, but their very questionable and probably unethical shipping charges. They never did directly address my complaint about the shipping charge error, but kept replying with what seemed to be pre-written form emails. In fairness, they did offer first an $8, and then a $10 refund on the product price, but it was not the price of the product that was the problem. They then offered to refund me for the 6 pairs ($23.70) if I returned the shipment to them, first class, at my cost. Since the shoe trees were already in use, and because that would have increased my loss to $33.35 for the original shipping charge, plus my return shipping and packaging cost (approx. $6) and no more shoe trees, that was not a viable option. That would have amounted to me paying them $33.35 + $6 for... NOTHING! Beware of this company!

I bought them my shoe trees and one of them arrived broken, i told them as an information, just to let them know and they were very kind and concern about my issue.They sent me a new pair without any charge. That is real good customer service. Thank you very much to all the people of Crazy Cart.It is the real truth... Crazy Cart is a company in which you can trust an expect a very good service!!!!
