Just What the physio Ordered.
What a relief! If you have sore muscles (neck, shoulder, thighs, etc) you need a Lacrosse Ball. Just lean against it on a wall (or floor), and let it do its magic (loosing muscle). You can 'roll' it around to spread the benefit. In some ways it is better than a massage device due it concentration on loosening muscle 'knots'. Try it, for the price it's certainly worth a try.
