Equipment doesn't work. The interface doesn't connect to the instrument. The knob lights up for a millisecond when the instrument is first plugged in but does not pick up any sound.

You can't beat the sound quality at this price. It has nice, sleek design, comes with a USB-USBC cord and USB-USBC converter. A nice touch-screen style button control for 48v/INST/MONITOR. The knobs are tight well seated. I was surprised honestly. A great value all-in-all.

Audio quality is pretty good, however, there is a bit of latency when recording which I'm able to correct with my recording software.

Product works on a technical level but any sound that you put through this has no depth. I've tried with and without an amplifier, with and without effects, the whole shebang. Nothing sounds good through this. Not recommended for anybody who is serious or wants to sound good. Hell, I can think of cheaper ways to not sound good, like recording off of your cell phone(spoiler: that actually sounds better). Other products are more expensive, but if you want good quality, I recommend ponying up the extra 50 or so USD$, I know I will. I am returning this item.

Doesn’t work half the time. It only lights up like my mic is working when I tap on it, set it down, or plug the cord into it.

It didn't even work, I think the product is a scam
