This works well for my daughter. She is a very small slender 12yr old in her 1st year of VB.

Our teenage daughter used to practice serving in our driveway, and would use the garage door or roof to "rebound" for her. That worked well but was noisy and distracting. We like this better. She says it is ok.Her feedback was that this is a great idea, and helpful in that she can practice without chasing a ball (or asking a sibling to retrieve for her). Her "cons" were: it felt funny to her to serve with the belt on since she doesn't wear one to play, and also she sometimes missed the ball and stung her hand on the cord which was not pleasant.Still, she is glad she has it to practice by herself, and I am thankful it helps keep the noise down.

I would not recommend this item to anyone. The material is very cheap. Even for my 9 year old. The rope not even an half inches thick. It lastest 3 days and no longer useable. Spend and extra $12 and get the better quality that would last you a year.

This is a training tool for volleyball. A ball (basketball, football or volleyball) fits in the rebounder. There is an adjustable cord that fits on the rebounder pouch and to the adjustable belt. The set comes with finger sleeves, a velcro wrist bandage. This is a great way to practice volleyball without chasing the ball.

Easy to use. The string is still a bit too long after adjusting the length. I like the wrist bands and finger protectors included.

Does not fit a standard size volleyball. Had to return. Disappointing.
