Well, I had this laptop for about 2 months n so far I'm loving it. It's fast n everything's runs smoothly. 😉

I bought this computer to be a low-cost tool I’d feel comfortable using on the subway and in public in NYC. It’s small and light and very well priced and I highly recommend it. At first I was looking to buy a used Macbook Air because of its size but uncertainty over which model years featured butterfly keys and the lack of both a ‘Delete’ and ‘Backspace’ key (I use a computer 100% for writing) nixed that option. Also, having a touch screen is an unexpectedly nice feature when you’ve been working a long time and are tired of clicking on a mouse.I have just 3 reservations which did not tempt me to lower my rating:1. The brightness keys do not work. I imagine this is unique to my item. I can still control screen brightness by going into settings.2. The screen is not as bright as I was led to believe from checking the HP website. (I’m not convinced this whole ‘NIT’ thing is standardized)3. Being a less popular model than, say, a Mac Air, it takes a lot of work to find things like a keyboard cover or well-fitting carrying case.Note: I’ve only been using this computer for 2 weeks and will update if there are any changes in my opinion. My battery rating is low because I’m used to new computers that seem to go on forever- at first. If the battery life stays constant, I think it will earn a higher rating. And if the screen brightness seems sufficient in enough varied situations, that too could rise.

I have been trying to work with Amazon to return this item. I have had a problem with the USB C port syncing with my docking station. After extensive research and multiple calls with customer support, nothing has been resolved. I was told by customer service that I was going to get an email so that I could exchange this laptop for one that would work but nothing has been received. I have called Amazon and chatted with customer service reps but they have zero follow through. Manufacturer has not responded and neither has the seller (according to Amazon). Sadly, this is now just past the return window so I am stuck with a laptop that is unable to perform any of the processes I need for work. Beyond frustrated.

It arrived on time, was easy to set up and get started. I used for my everyday business as well as entertainment.

I needed a replacement laptop for personal use. I generally use for Fantasy Football, Social Media, some work in Microsoft office products, zoom calls and general surfing of the web. I love being able to convert to tablet style and use touch screen. I purchased refurbished and have had no issues. Great price and plenty of computer for the money.

El sistema operativo no funciona bien, después de 4 meses se me hacía pantalla azul y ahora ya no me prende.

Was running perfect for a couple of weeks then I couldn't get it to boot. BUT.. Customer service is FABULOUS! Friendly and helpful. Gave them a call and they sent out a new hard drive same day.
