Yes, o-rings and really small tube of lube. But I purchased a separate tube of Danco silicone grease to have at hand.

The valve with the o-rings and small tube of silicone gel is all one item, part number GB876851.

Q: I have a kohler forte and it's leaking. should i get this newer model or the previous model gp76851 mixer & pbu sp kit?

Depends how old you valve is. If it is older you should get the gp76851

Q: What are the flow specifications?

Not sure. If you have the kohler 304 valve this is the cartridge for that valve. Its cartridge and balancing spool. Its comes in 2 parts. You can google it and they might be able to tell you the specifications
