Excellent product for giving medicine to small babies.
I have a 2-month-old baby, and I have to give them a gastric protector every morning due to reflux. It was very difficult to give it with a syringe because it was quite a large amount, and the baby would gag or spit it out. With this medicine pacifier, I attach the syringe to the designated space, and when the baby sucks on the pacifier, I slowly press the syringe and the liquid comes out. This way, the baby takes it gently, more quickly and easily, and doesn’t even realize it because they’re sucking on a pacifier. I really recommend it because it’s very useful and an easy way to give liquid medicine to small babies.

Game changer
I use this for giving my 3 month old calpol or gripe water. Some reviews said they needed to make the hole bigger, but I didn't need to at all, even the thick calpol went through nicely (but my baby does have quite a strong suck!). Super easy to use, just measure the dose into a syringe and attach to the dummy, pop in baby's mouth and slowly dispense, or in my case I just let my little one suck the dummy as normal and he drained the syringe himself.Worth mentioning that it doesn't come with a syringe, and you'll need one with a long end to secure into the dummy. The syringes that typically come with calpol bottles won't fit very easily as they have a flat end. It's made giving medication so much easier, I don't have to worry about him spitting it out or him moving his head lots when I'm trying to give it just though a syringe. Not the easiest to clean/dry as it's such a small hole, but I leave it to soak and then rinse it through before leaving it to air dry.

No syringe and hole very small
Hi,Excellent concept but I am struggling to find a syringe to buy separately to work with the dummy. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Works, but right oral syringe is needed!
My baby sucked the medicine right from it and saved a lot of mess from them spitting it out. You need an oral syringe that has a tip at the end though to screw into it as it doesn’t come with a syringe, it’s only the dummy bit. Calpol/nurofen for example doesn’t have one of these, it’s a flat topped syringe. I ended up going to boots to get one separately. For the price it would be good to have a reusable syringe included.

Wow
My son has been diagnosed with underactive thyroid at 6 weeks old and prescribed medication to help manage it, which he will be on for life. I have spent many mornings consoling a sobbing red faced baby boy as he tries to take his meds and it was getting more difficult with each morning. Until I bought this little phenomenonal invention, it arrived yesterday and I have just used it this morning and the change in my son has been amazing. Thinking it is his dummy has helped him take his medicine like a champ. Please do not hesitate in buying this, it will save alot of heartache and tears from your baby. From one less stressed first time mommy

A must have for new parents.
This is just great. Seems a bit pricey for what it is initially but I cannot stress how much use it gets already.Admittedly, we were getting along just fine giving The Goblin (said with much love) gripe water and infacol just with a syringe/dropper but is was a VERY messy affair, and would always need to offer a dummy after to make sure it had all been swallowed.Less mess, less fuss. And, if you're a new parent and afraid of accidentally harming baby's soft palate (you likely wouldn't but the fear is real), more parental confidence.Has a stopper so it doubles as an actual dummy if needed. This gets used at least with every feed and then cleaned and chucked in a basin of Milton afterwards. I tend to use a colostrum syringe to draw the Milton up into the teat to be good and thoroughCons: a little bulky, teat could have a more ergonomic shape but The Goblin doesn't seem to have any issues latching on it.All in all, I'm buying at least another one if not two.

Overpriced for what it is.
Over priced. It's literally a dummy that's not a dummy and doesn't include the syringe even. Hard to source a syringe that in compatible. Wouldn't recommend, just use the Calpol syringe.

Game changer!
We have to give our baby omeprazole every day and this syringe is a game changer! You do need a different style syringe to the standard Calpol syringe but they are easy to get hold of. Means that our baby gets the full dose without wasting some being spat out. Very good value for money
