This is a thick and soft and beautiful little hammock for my rattie. Easy to hang in her cage and she absolutely loves to sleep in it. It also washes up nicely. I don't bother to remove the hanger clasps before washing because it is really really difficult to do so. I put the the fleece (with clasps) in a laundry bag and so far it has done well with washing. I should mention that I purchased two. Always have one to change out.

Although I can use only “Free and Clear” laundry detergent and no softener of any kind when washing mats, beddings and hammocks for my fur babies, these hammocks remain super soft after many washes! They are nicely made and a great addition to provide play and resting areas in the cage. My rat boys love them!

Our piggy loves her hammocks! They are a bit difficult to get clean on the inside due to the design, but it works. Super cute and pig approved.

I love the softness of both. My ferret loves both he hops between both on top and in the middle for sleeping. Definitely sturdy too. And super easy to put up.

My chinchilla loves these to sleep on. Its soft and easy to wash. I like that there's two so I can switch out while I'm washing one

The hammocks look exactly like the photos, and my chinchilla loves sleeping on them. However, I did have one concern—while trying to get off the hammock, my chinchilla got his back foot caught in the hole, which left him with a sore foot for a few days. I ended up cutting off the bottom portion to prevent future injuries. That said, my chinchilla is a senior (21 years old) and a bit clumsy, so this may not be an issue for younger or more agile pets. Just something to keep in mind when purchasing.
