Top little unit produces good sound when tweaked about with ideal for a bedroom mixer wont annoy the parents too much either unless aux jack plugged into a speaker then its party timecontrols feel smooth to use and sturdy mixing deck for scratching and rewind selectionSoftware used was dj pro and serato on my laptop dj pro proved the better of the two with less glitches but serato has other sounds availableCouldn't get phone app that works with the unit and no microphone socket are the only downsides but the lights are funkyAll in all great starter kit if used with fruit loop then its a studio sorted enjoy 😉 👍

The first DJ set I have ever purchased great for beginners easy to use and set up.Sound-The sound quality isn't the best I have heard but if necessary I would recommend it it can fill up a hall.Lights-The lights are great but not as good as some stage lights but I would recommend it for a party.Deck-The deck is amazing, really easy to understand and has everything and more that you will need to throw a party.All in all it is a great deck and I would definitely recommend it to anyone,there are only a few down sides like speaker quality and lights but that's all.Compatible devicesMost devices work with it.I would recommend to everyone so if your looking for a DJ set this is the one for you, thank you.AMAZON PLEASE READ!!!Well done Amazon and all your crew, you are amazing, I don't know what we would do without you so thank you.

Just buy a Pioneer or something else that works with Rekordbox it you are thinking seriously about learning. Most tutorials use Rekordbox, and this deck requires Serato, which is frustrating and restrictive. May be good for a someone who changes hobbies every month, quality of the deck itself isn't that bad.

Serato is not on iOS and does not work on any phone or tablet. iOS apps do not support this controller none of them. Customer service is a voice mail most of the time and they don’t have a clue why it doesn’t work on iOS either, not helpful. Speaker has a nice sound for 10w and if your on iOS that’s what your buying a 10w speaker that has lights and buttons that don’t work. Remember this doesn’t work on android either it’s totally in the past. I would not recommend even if you was using a pc due to how almost obsolete the technology is.

Super bit of gear ideal for my live streaming

Bought for an 8 year old budding superstar DJ. Very exciting until extensive research made me realise that the only way to make it work properly is by purchasing expensive subscriptions to App's.Basic "Lite" apps won't even let him do basic things like record his mixes.We bought the connector so he could use it with his IPad but the the app for IPhone / Ipad won't even use the deck as a controller until a annual (£50+) subscription is purchased - so to me the product is falsely advertised.£120 was enough to spend on an 8 year old and the fact the product won't work without subscriptions ruins it for us.Good Product - False Marketing - Expensive add ons. Poor overall experience.
