UPHOMLIFE Silicone Baking Mats, Non-Stick - Half Sheet Professional Food Safe Grade, Set of 2, 16.5" x 11.6"

So, I'm doing a comparison between this silicone mat and some parchment paper. So far I'm not impressed, the cookies did stick and some didn't even feel cooked all the way. While the parchment paper tends to have better results, adjusting cooking times and such should help out with the silicone mat.The image provided: cookies on the top of the plate are cooked with the mat, bottom of the plate were on parchment paper. As you can tell there is visually very little difference, but pulling them off of the sheet was part of the difference and probably why my vote is for the parchment over the silicone... depending on what I'm cooking.

I worked Food Service for 21 years and then retired, I missed having these mats when I baked at home. Just like the food service grade.

I absolutely love my bakeing matts. The silicone mats are heat resistance and there easy to use and super easy to clean. You will love them

The mats were a good size, and attractive. They are very sticky, I am sure as I wash them they will be better!

Loving this baking mat. IT has made baking cookies easier and is easy to clean. The cookies turn out great. They don't stick to the mat.

I love silicone baking mats for all uses. Cuts down on cooking spray or oil, perfect for cookies, etc. These are half-sheets, which I like, because you can use on smaller pans or double up for full-size. They wash easily. They come flat, but you can roll for storage too.

This was a gift to a granddaughter… because I just love silicone products. They make clean up so easy and protect cookies etc from sticking to greased pans…. No more greasing😊
