This may be the best thing I have ever bought thru Amazon. My wife is having lower lumbar issues. I saw this product advertised on Amazon. I scrolled the other products like it and chose the Dreamer Car Lumbar Support.My wife loves it, absolutely loves it. It helps her on a day today and on a trip she took for several hundred miles. This product is great and we highly recommend to to anyone having trouble. We plan to purchase another for her work desk.The shipment was on time and the packaging was great. Fits well in my SUV and gives my back the support and comfort I was looking for. I'm very pleased.

I bought this during my third trimester of pregnancy when I was having some mid back pain. I tried other lumbar supports and they either pushed me too far forward towards the steering wheel or did not come up high enough on my back. This one was my favorite that I tried. It didn't completely resolve my problem but it definitely provided some relief. I would have given 5 stars but one of the straps that attaches it to the back of the seat broke fairly quickly so one star off for durability.

This product was not designed for commercial vehicles. I had to really stretch the top strap to secure it. If they made it a little longer it would be perfect. Anyway, I made it fit a 2018 kenworth. It left a little gap at the bottom but that being said....amazing back relief. There is a hinge bar that was pressing against my lower region due to the seat cushion wearing thin. This product totally fixed the issue and I'm amazed how it feels on my back. I want another one for my car. It was designed for cars, the top strap will work fine in most small cars.Update. The 2nd one fits great in my 2003 pontiac grand am. The seat was old and lumpy, this evens out the lumps and offers great back support. I really like this product!

I am 6'5" and drive a 2007 Expedition. While the truck’s lumbar support is adjustable it doesn't quite do the job, especially after 17 years. I've tried a variety of pillows but they never stay where I need the support.I bought this product hoping to beef up and stabilize the lumbar support and it did not disappoint. The straps that hold the pillow to the seat-back are very strong and are long enough to go around the headrest and bottom of the seat with length to spare.My only complaint (and it's nothing against the product) is that the legroom in the front seats of the Expedition is marginal at best for a tall driver. This product positions me a couple of inches forward reducing my legroom somewhat but it’s so comfortable that I would buy another one in a heartbeat if this one ever wears out.I strongly recommend this product!

I'm 5'2", average 23-year-old, and was really just looking for something to fix my shoulder/neck pain that arises from a culmination of driving, laptop work, and crochet/knitting work. I noticed my posture really isn't great while driving so I thought this could solve. It didn't really.I drive a Lexus NX300h, compact SUV. The seat already has some comfy lumbar support but the issue is in the headrest, as it pushes my head forward in a slumped position. This added pillow helped with keeping my back upright in the seat, however I think I'm just too small for it. The pillow does push you up about 2 inches from the back of the seat, but it also rises pretty high and wide. The support doesn't just support my back, but pushes my shoulders up (and together) too, so I needed to do shoulder stretches a lot more often. The height of the pillow also meant that in order to avoid slumping my neck down without support, I would have to lean back and put my chin up. Comfy for resting, but that's not how you drive lol. It felt like I was forced in that position rather than "relaxing" in that position, so I was still stiff. I read some people also bought head pillows in support, but that seems like such a hassle.Overall returned, it just wasn't working.

I can only describe it as pure heaven. I purchase a Toyota CHR and after a couple of weeks my neck began hurting. I could never find my sweet spot with the seat adjustment. This lumbar support was a total game changer. Now I’m about to purchase one for my mom’s car!
