The manufacturering is a bit flimsy, but it definitely does the job. If someone really wants my pills, they’ll get them with a hammer, which will easily crack this thin plastic, but it will keep my kids and any stray service workers parading through my under renovation house out. Lock is easy to set and combination seems secure. Big enough to hold 13 pill bottles with room for 13+ more. I appreciate the soft rubber feet that keep it from sliding around and protects my furniture from the plastic rim. Too big for travel, so the one handle on top works well for any moving it around I do. Even if you needed something this big for travel, this one isn’t for you. I feel like it might crack if accidentally dinged in overhead compartment. Vendor got the box sent out super fast and followed up with one question I had within 2 hours!

My husband works with at risk use and frequently we have them visit or take them to visit family on road trips. I needed a med safe and this one is a great size, the combination lock was easy to set up and has yet to fail me, which I was worried about. It’s cute and reminds me of a 1950s hat box or something, but very sturdy. Would absolutely recommend.

First off let me say that this is not some heavy duty safe that will keep prying hands out of whatever you decide to lock in here. The container is a heavy plastic with a combo lock. If you are looking for a simple safe to store medications or maybe some important documents that you are going to keep hidden, then this is a nice item to get. I mostly got this to store my medication in, to put in my night stand as I am a foster parent and medications cannot be accessible to the kids we have in our home. Since we have a lock on our bedroom door and I never bring this out in front of the kid(s) then never know I have it. However, if people know you have this, there is nothing that will keep them from taking it and using a screwdriver or throwing it hard on the ground to get at whatever you have chosen to lock up. It is nice, but it is minimal protection.

I primarily use this as an medication organizer, and not as a "security box." It does a great job of organizing my medications, both prescription and over the counter. The smaller section which is split into 3 can fit 2 standard prescription bottles per cell. It's very light weight.If you're concerned about theft, this product isn't for you. But no case will really prevent that because it can just be taken and opened later with tools.I wish there were side handles because the top is only secured by the lock. This means that when you hold it, you're pulling it by the lock. As an engineer, I'm concerned about this part of the design, because it puts a lot of mechanical stress on the lock, meaning it will break sooner. The cap should should be designed to clip/grip along the sides as well to prevent so much mechanical stress from being put on the lock. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's exactly what I need for now, in spite of the design flaw.

We bought this to store medicine in the fridge. It's a bit too big for what we need but it still works. :) This is actually our 2nd purchase -- our kiddo figured out the lock combination so I changed it...but next day, I totally forgot what number I changed it to!! Arrrr! I panicked...and I tried EVERY combinations I could think of but oh my, NONE WORKED...yikes! I tried many and still nope.So, asked my husband to break the lock which wasn't easy!Since our 1st one was destroyed (my fault!), we purchased another one. Both purchases, they arrived fairly quickly.By the way, it is very simple and easy to set the lock numbers. And it works well. Very happy with this product! Only thing is I wish they sold half the width of this box.And...I highly recommend that you use the number combination you can remember!! Don't be like me. Haha :D

Bought this to keep gummies away from my snacky kid. It's bigger than it looks so it's become my storage for all my regular meds and vitamins as well. Not going to keep your stuff safe from a break-in, it's just plastic and could easily be carried off and smashed later, but it's perfect for keeping items away from curious kids or nosy roommates.

This is used in our house to store prescriptions that require limited access. The box is very lightweight and can probably be broken into pretty easily, but it is lockable and simple to use. If you are looking for something high security I don't recommend but if it's just to lock out from children, it's fine.
