Smells bad, doesn't solidify quickly enough nor uniformly
This smells like bad quality gel nail polish and I suppose the chemical composition is the same. The ink does not solidify well, a mess is unavoidable.

A fun activity that takes a little practice to master
A good budget introduction to 3D pens and art , it can take a bit of time and patience to get the hang of how to use the pen , judging the ink and how to use the pen properly to gain height on the 3D projects, but everyone will get better with practice. The ink is safe and non toxic which is reassuring, it takes a little time to dry at times I think it depends on the condition of the room too , sunlight helps it dry quicker too.The pens are easy to grip and hold ink is cleverly dried by the light but as I said it doesn't always dry quickly so needs practice and persistence to get the knack of how to use the pens effectively.I think they make a nice change , they are unique and different from drawing or painting , I should imagine these type of pens will be more popular in the future.Good for a rainy day indoors as an indoor activity for the kids.

3D ultra 2 pen Set
Delivered in their own branded box .These 3D ultra pens are made from a plastic material , inside there is building ink this is hardened by using the light on the pen thereby drawing a 3D picture you can build up the "ink"either vertically or horizontally . Great fun for little designers , this set can build cars .This is priced at just £9.99 and if you're thinking of buying a better quality 3D pen with filaments this would be a good first step to see how your child gets on with it .
