Very beautiful plates

The media could not be loaded. So far, I love the quality everything was intact. Nothing missing, no cracks or chips. I did misunderstand the description when it said dessert plates thinking they were to be bigger than my Tea saucer plates. However, they still look great together, and I will still use them for the desserts. I have not washed them or use them at this time. However, I will wash them by hand to be sure the roses and diamond stay intact.

I have purchased these as a gift when received there is no denial of the beauty... had a chip in one plate but withing 2 days of request I received email stating they would replaceGreat customer service

It’s soooo pretty but so many problems. There were diamonds missing and the paint was faded in some areas. There is also paint that was done sloppy that was overlapping areas that should not be overlapping to a degree it was too obvious and annoying. I did email customer service and they did send me replacement parts very quickly so that was very nice that they were able to fix the problem however the butterfly was still extremely faded. I ordered the red and the blue one the blue one looks absolutely perfect the problems were all in the red one that’s too bad because it was my favorite color I guess they just did a sloppier job with the red.

I thought this was gonna be saucers for my matching glasses they were too big for the cups and the cups are super tiny that came with it super disappointed and they're not disposable safe they came apart I had to glue them back together

The plates are lovely. The plates are clear, and not white, as expected

Just let you know, one of my pieces broke, I sent the company the email with my name, address and order number and picture and they sent me new one within a week!
