Helped me get my doubles going
The media could not be loaded. Couldn’t do dubs and wanted to focus on developing them. Picked this set up and worked really well for me. In about a month of training I’m now up to about 40+ for big sets. The rope is light, takes some getting used to, but definitely helps, especially with the wrist movement.

Rope works really well!
After attempting to jump with the 1 oz. rope and having a bit of a struggle, I set up the 3 oz. rope. The 3 oz. Rope is far nicer in my opinion than the 1 oz. You get at least some feedback from the 3 oz. rope, where the 1 oz. rope is completely weightless. I know it's only 2 oz. lighter but it makes a huge difference. Additionally the 3 oz. rope seems to be less pron to keeping a memory if coiled up to travel. Once I got my timing dialed in (really easy to do) I was able to do doubles really easy...Well as easy as they are for me. The handles fit well and seem to provide more than adequate grip and spin freely at the swivel. As stated before in another post it is a bit pricey for what it is but it is a nice speed rope. It would be 5 stars if it were about $20 less.

Solid cable jump rope, chose over Jump Rope Guys preferred rope
Doesn't tangle, has held up well on a few concrete sessions (would always suggest using a mat or jumping on indoor floor). Pretty easy to adjust, although requires wire clippers. Handles are nice and easy to keep clean. Usually jump 15-45 min daily and have been using for past few weeks. Would suggest over any licorice ropes. Chose this over more advanced jump rope advertised by Jump Rope Guys.

Great rope for beginners
I loved the lightweight ropes and the handle design and feel.....i did not like the rope which bent and kinked at two points....I’ll probably end up upgrading to a better rope from this brand..

BOLT... in another direction!
An experienced "skipper/jumper," I own other Cross-Rope products. The other products have provided hours of invigorating aerobic joy. However, hugely frustrating and disappointing, is this so-called "Bolt" system. The grip/handle to cable, is a perpendicular arrangement. Many speed ropes are designed as such. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, this "Bolt" rope is proven dis-functional. If experienced in fine tuning a stringed instrument - one just might be able to achieve a satisfactory configuration. Nevertheless, there is an outstanding positive feature. The handles are impressive. Too bad the same cannot be said, of the complete "Bolt" speed rope system.

It's nice but it's not $60 nice
It's nice but it's not $60 nice. It's really no difference than the $10 Survival and Cross rope. Sure you get two ropes but it's just another wire.If it were $30 or less, I'd give it 5 stars. I would return it but I already cut the wires to fit my height.

This rope is worth buying if you love jumping rope. I did buy it and use it daily. It is easy to customize, and it is quite versatile. The bearings are very high quality, I did post a video on youtube called CROSSROPE Bolt review, if you have questions about this rope. It is on my personal account. Love this rope use it daily!
